William Young Hoon Kim, CPA, is a Managing Partner at KLCP CPAs LLP with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey, and Missouri and oversees the firm’s overall management, including technical reviews of financial statements, complex corporate and individual tax engagements, and the implementation and oversight of accounting and computerized financial systems.

William brings broad industry experience spanning health care and hospital systems, investment banking, retail and distribution, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, information technology, and medical services. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, he offers additional expertise in computer networking and applications, enabling clients to benefit from both technical accounting depth and practical systems knowledge.

Prior to co-founding KLCP CPAs LLP, William served as Managing Partner at Semyung LLP. His professional background also includes senior audit roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where he led and supervised audits for large nonprofit organizations, healthcare entities, and investment banking clients.

William holds a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
